Today I couldn't go to the meet because I had to go to APUSH becuase its better to miss the meets at the beginning of the season than later in the season so I got 2 seminars done. So I did a 1.5 mile warm up, 4 100 strides with jogging 100 then workout was 300, 600, and 200. My times went 45, 1:42, and 32. I ran with a 4:04 miler and he paced me at 60 second 400s and I was pretty good except for the 600 when I fell off pace for a little bit. Then a mile cooldown. Hopefully Im going to the Pineview invite this weekend. |
