Morning run up Butterfield Canyon, Temp. 65'

After years of trying I finally ran a sub 5 minute mile for my last mile of the Butterfield canyon run, which is a down hill much aided mile.  None-the-less, 4:59 at age 50!!!!

Time 2:38:00,  Mile avg. - 8:46
