Noon run, sunny, windy, temp. 90'

I decided to run mile four fast hoping to get under six minutes.  The two enemies were heat and wind.  I thought I could out battle them and get the mile under six minutes.  At the halfway point of the mile I was just under six but then I started losing it and could only pull out a 6:02.

Time 60:53,  Mile avg. - 7:21
