Morning run, temp 70'

I ran 3 miles fast.  The middle mile was uphill.  I ran the 1st & 3rd in a 6:30 avg. and the 2nd mile in 7:00.  I thought I'd do that faster.  Maybe not enough sleep and ran a bit to hard yesterday.  Who knows.
