Morning run, temp 30'

The Provo City half I signed up for is getting me a little nervous.  I decided I need to do at least a couple of fast miles this week.  The last two miles I averaged 6:40 but they had a little down hill in them.

Time 29:40,  Mile avg. - 7:09
