Some weights, 5 min on bike, 2 miles in 14:30 on treadmill with 1 mile BF. Increasing the speed and distance going BF gave my second toe a little blister. My feet are still very whimpy.

Terry you are becoming the BF king! Soon you'll be able to crush rocks with your bare feet. Glad to see all the BF stuff hasn't made you injured yet. I think it may be time for me to try a little BFOG next week.
