11AM Run, Sunny, Temp 75'

On a mini-family vacation.  We went to Bear Lake.  At the top of the mountain I got out and ran down the hill to Bear Lake where my good family was waiting for me with a Rasberry Shake only 1/3rd eaten.  I dropped in elevation about 1,700 feet.

Time 40:15,  Mile avg. 6:16
