Treadmill Workout:
- Warm-up / Walk / 1.52 mi
- Walk/Run / 2.10 mi
- Speed Work / 8 x 800 by 400 recovery / 8:56 & 9:58 paces
I am pretty sore from my fall yesterday, but I wanted to make sure that I got back on the treadmill so that I did not face it with trepidation. I know that my paces are probably not considered speed, but I am pleased with the workout. Getting back into shape is a progression. I consider it a win that I worked out.
