- Treadmill / 5.27 mi / Easy miles
- My workouts were easy, but I feel as if I am making fitness headway. I know my treadmill better in terms of the speed settings for accurate pacing. I found some trainers that seem like a good fit for my personality and motivation needs.
- For this week, I am hopeful to add more consistency with my weight training and balance stability.
