I fell behind with the recording of my mileage so I'll record it all today. I ran outside for the first time since January 4, 2021. It was glorious yet miserable. The fresh air was fantastic, but I am really out of shape. I have my work cut out to regain my status of a fit runner.

These are my general goals:
  • Lift weights / Four times a week / Build muscle tone
  • Yoga  / Twice a week / Prevent injuries
  •  Find a new running plan / Run six days a week / Improve my mental state
  • Cross train /  Three times a week / Cycle, walk, hike, etc.
  • Nutrition / Every day / Consume less chocolate

Ambitious plan, and except for the chocolate part, it looks great!
