Goal - burn off some of the pie I ate for breakfast and stuffing I ate for lunch and snack. :-) I don't really care for the other thanksgiving stuff, but stuffing and dessert, I can't resist. AM - 20 minutes on the recumbent bike, then we had to run off to take MIL to the dentist (she lost a tooth last night!) and out to a little Black Friday shopping. PM - 60 minutes on the recumbent bike, stopped after 20 and 40 minutes to do squats, lunges, etc. After 60 minutes walked 1 barefoot mile on the TM. It was irritating the bottom of my feet like TM burn. Yay for 4-day weekends. They are the best.
