Pm -  Got sick over the weekend so I didn't run in the morning.  For afternoon practice we were doing some 1000m repeats, and I gave them a go but felt pretty crappy.  Just did 2 then cooled down to 3.5 miles.  I'll probably take tomorrow morning off too, get that extra sleep and get healthy.

Pm -  Went to school, still felt pretty crappy.  Did 4 easy mile for praise then yoga after.  It wore me down a lot.

Pm -  Still not feeling to hot today.  Did a warm up for a 25 min tempo, and I got feeling decent.  Wasn't sure if I was gonna tempo till 30 seconds after they started, then I went and jumped in.  Didn't really care about the pace, just ran.  It ended up not too bad.  7 miles total.  

Kinda lifted, not really.  Tried to bench but felt weeeeeeak.

Pm -  pretty much feeling back to normal.  I'm sure the 10 hours of sleep I've gotten every night have helped.  Ran the classic shoe run today.  It was good, and Sandbergs pond was full!  And clear!  Really good signs.  5.3 miles, then barefoot striders on the football field.

Am -  Really frustrated.  I was feeling pretty baller yesterday, best I had in a week.  Then I woke up today feeling pretty crappy.  Tried to go for a long 11 mile run, but only got in 5.  Just didn't feel good enough.
