5:30pm- My bones were achin and the the earth was shakin, so I ran in the pool. I did inter vals of 1 min go, 1 rest, 2 go, 2 rest, 3 go, 3 rest, 4 go, 4 rest, 2 super hard, 2 rest, 2 super hard, 2 rest, 1 super duper hard, 1 rest. And I warmed up and cooled down slowly for 5 minutes. My legs are pretty sore so it was a good workout. |
