6am - 3 miles. pretty quick and hard. I wish we could do these as recovery runs.
3pm - 1600m repeats. Goal today was 5:23. I felt decent today my left knee just felt wierd, not really very painful it just felt wierd to run on. But i still had a good workout with times: 5:28, 5:26, 5:24, and 5:15. On the last one Andrew was a beast and pushed it up towards me and Paul which got me going so us three had like a sprint off the last 200m. Haven't felt that feeling since BYU track meet last year, its fun. Total mileage was 7 with a 1.5 warm and 1.5 cool. Also we lifted weights.
