6am - Pretty good morning run of 3 miles. My body felt decent.
3pm - Nice hard hill workout. It consisted of 1x800m, 2x400m, 4x200m with some miles before and after. Not sure all my times but they were good and I was able to push it good and be mentally tough. My legs were really tired after the 200's; haven't done much speed stuff like that in a while. After, lifted weights with the team. I did some calf stuff to get rid of the tendonitis. I thinks its like anterior tibialis tendonits. I feel cool cuz now I know what anterior and posterior mean from Intro to Health class.
