Pm - I went and lifted with the cross team at Pine View. I thought I would feel a bit weak from not lifting for a month, but I actually felt pretty strong. Good sesh.
After that I went and ran Dino Cliffs. Felt a bit sore from lifting.
NEW GOAL BEFORE I LEAVE: Dunk. I was playing ball the other night and tried to dunk and missed but got a solid 6 inches above the rim. I'm right there just need a few more inches on my vertical.
