6am - Did 4 mile repeats. Wasn't feeling to hot this morning but it was 6 in the morning. I got a 5:22, 5:20, 5:26, 5:31. Not a super good group of times. And I probably pushed it a little too much on my foot. Throughout the day it started to hurt.
