6:30am - 1.5 miles. PTT hurt so I cut it short and went back and did some quick exercises before yoga.
3pm - 5 mile trail run and striders. We went up to green springs park and did Ice House trail. Man, the hill was so exotically hard. It was difficulter than I remember. The view at the top was extremely infactuating. When we did striders at the park, the grass felt so exquisit on my feet. I went and got a drink and it was so soothing to my parched pallet.
