1600m -  Did a nice warm up with our mile crew over at a park near Orem high, I did 3 miles then put my spikes on and did some strides.  It was pretty chilly but the wind calmed right at the start of our race, that was dope.  I got a good start and chilled the first lap.  Not sure what any of the splits are.  I saw Zack from Lone Peak and Patrick from AF were almost to split from the group so I surged passed some guys up to them.  Hung right behind zack for lap 2.  Start of lap 3 they started to form a gap, I responded and surged right onto Zack again.  4th lap we all just started to split apart.  I ran a perfect 3 laps and all I need was a decent last lap and I could have been like 4:18-4:20.  But I couldn't bear down hard enough and ran like a 1:08.  PR though, I'm happy with it.

Cooled down a mile with Alex.  Had lunch at 11:30.

Warmed up almost 3 miles for the 800m.  Start was ok, first 200 was 27 and I was chilling mid pack.  Chilled till 400 and tried to go but couldn't man.  I just tried to finish with a not horrible last 300m, lol it kinda was though.  I feel like the mile in the morning took a lot out of me, cuz dang I felt very tired in my legs.  Ran a 2:01.  I'm not worried though, I know I can run a beast 800m.  Just need a few things to come together.  I'm sure the sharpness in my legs will come out too these next few weeks as we start to taper.

Cooled down to the Secra Park I think with Paul and Skylar and we play disc golf with some random dudes we met.
