Am - Easy 4 miles. Tired. Feeling the grind rn man. Peg 30's may have to be retired this week when my K6's come. They're feeling dead.
Pm - Tempo this afternoon. Did 2 mile warm up. Then started 15 minutes at 5:20 goal pace. It really wasn't too bad, I didn't really strain at all. 1st mile felt easy, 2nd mile my legs got a bit tired, 3rd mile was a bit hard but not bad. Wore some shades today and it really helped to relax and not strain my eyes.
Two 300's after. I was pretty tired so only went 41 and 40. Cooled down to 7 miles, then lifted weights for a few minutes after.
