Am - Easy 4 to Starbucks. Right soleus tight and bugging me.
Pm - Sunrise hills, always a solid run! 8x20secs hard, with 10 seconds rest, break going back down between rep 4&5. Legs felt way tired and flat running over to the hill, but I felt OK doing the reps. Led everybody after Paul kinda disappeared. Went back to high school to run the kid track meet. 6 miles total.
