Pm - Took the morning off again to help my hamstring get better. And it has helped, I'm feeling pretty good and ready to race on Friday. Did tempo today. Warmed up 2 miles, then 10 minutes at 5:50 pace, 5 mins jogging, then 10 more at 5:35 pace. Good run, it was nice and not to stressing on my leg. I abstained from all out 300's though, gotta a bit careful. Cooldown to 8.25
