Am - Up in Logan to visit Utah State. Preston and Jake came with and this morning we did 8 400m hills up Old Main Hill. I forgot my watch so we just ran on feel. We guessed we warmed up about 1.5 miles on a cool trail by a canal. The hills were pretty rough, my hamstring was feeling pretty bad. Im pretty sure I've strained it, may have to take a few days off. but it was a good workout, and finished with a mile of cool down.
