3pm - 400 workout today for track practice. 6 400's at 800m race pace. It was very hard. First a 1.5 mile warmup then got into it. 1:02, 1:01, 1:01, 1:01, 1:02, 1:00. I felt good and I was with Abel the first 200 on each one, then he would surge to get his time. 1.5 mile cooldown. Weight lifting.
