Am - Easy run, 3.8 miles. Almost fell asleep during it.
Pm - Tempo stuff this afternoon. A lot of people were feeling super tired from the last two days, but I felt pretty decent. So coach had us do 10 mins of tempo, the 5 minutes normal running, then 10 more but like 10 seconds faster than pace. After 10 minutes I added 2 more laps at 5:20 pace cuz it was just a pretty cheese tempo. Good day, about 8 miles in the afternoon.
