6:30am - 3 miles.
3pm - 10 400m repeats. 1 to 2 minutes rest between each one. My goal pace was 1:08. I got 1:10 on the first, 7 1:08's, 1:07 and 1:06. It was pretty hard, but I got in a pretty good groove around #7 and the rest just felt easier. We, the team, took our heart rates every three repeats. I guess it was supposed to be under 120 but mine was in the 150's every time. zack got the record of 168. impressive. 2 miles warm up and 2 miles cool down. 7.6 miles total. Lifted weights after.
