Sweet afterwork run wih Rob. Headed up from the weber state dorms and cruised up to the BST above the football field. Good push out to rocky point via the new trail.A bit of a highway out there, but Good times. Peace.
Sweet race - temps perfect out. Started with Rob and we ran pretty much the entire race together which made for a great time. Goal was to keep some kind of consistent effort and have a great time. Goals accomplsiehd. Will update race info once available. Peace.
