Great run to have done. Woke up to a freaking blizzard, but it passed and the sun came out, so Shane and I hit the pavement. Ran around Pineview and up Trappers up to snowbasin and down the old basin road. The 3 miles on the packed snow were a bugger! Sinking a few inches with each step. A few good things about the run though - good time on my feet - need to get ready for Buffalo, ran with a hand held and hpl 020 vest again - worked great. Used carb-pro most of the way fueled me well. We'll see how the legs feel tomorra. Jagar bomb anyone?
