Got out a bit later than was hoping to! Decided to run the Eden Loop with a North Arm extention out to the Rock gate! Good to spin the legs out..Sorry JW couldn't get up early...

Biked around Eden yesterday and I saw some really tough looking guy jogging with 20 pound weights. Sorry I didn't stop and say hi :)
