Personal:
The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
G'man came up last night, so we opted to hit the Coldwater Overlook from SnowBasin parking lot. Perfect morning, not to cold not to hot, just about right. First time actually making the overlook - Sweet.
