Lap two - left at about 2:30 AM - still very hot out. Very dark out so, makes for having to pay very close attention as to not face plant. Felt pretty good - didn't get passed on this run. Passed a ton of people.

Time 56:36 miles 6.0 Vert 1050

Lap three first run in light left 7:30ish AM - first run with no flashlight - feeling the effects of the prior two runs though, but was able to manage 56:14 which I was happy with. Legs were on fire going up the ups!

Time 56:14 miles 6.0 Vert 1050

Thoughts - I need to get back in shape!!!!!!!

Nice work! I think this race would be really fun to do at some point. How did your team do?

Nice race...funny, I thought this was in Ogden all this time. homestead is a cool place to have it. Fun course?

Andrea - it was fun. Our team took 4th. The race only gives awards out to first place. Which is kind of a bad decision when it comes down to competitiveness.

Gdoc.. it is in ogden dough-head. The homestead is what they call the 20 by 20 ft area for tents chairs etc. It's based at Mt ogden park.

That does sound fun, and yes gdoc. Time to wake up my squeaky brother!
