Good run with Jamie this morning. We did the Eden loop. Good week of running. Need to continue to increase milage and speed baby speed... anyone for a JagerBomb??

You need a JagerBomb like a double tap to the head. Stay dry. I however am on my second one tonight after that pathetic last play.
