Personal:
The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
Lunch time run with the doc o' Pain. Met up at Rainbows hit the climb and headed south on the lower trail til you hit the new crazy switchy climb right past Strong Canyon. Then looped back. Out o' shape but a great time.
