Banner Forest run w/Lemke, Mike, Tony and Pete. We started in the dark and ran by headlamp for 30 minutes, mainly on the "road" through the woods before hitting the trail. Once on single track we slowed the pace (except Lemke, who knows the woods like his living room), then picked it up once the sky lightened up.
