Very slow run with some walking and stretching mixed in. My hip was a little sore last night after my yesterday's "long run." I went to pilates reformer after my run. I feel like an unbalanced gimp when I go to pilates because my left hip flexor is still very weak and my right scapula angles way out every time I lift my right arm (due to my tricky shoulder and the weird nerve injury I experienced my second day on crutches.) I'm grateful that the pilates instructor kept helping me figure out how to modify certain movements so I could still get some good stretching and core work in. |
