Road bike ride up Flagstaff. That climb kicks my butt every time. Its basically straight up for an hour with the steepest part right near the top. Then it only takes 20 minutes to cruise back home. Fun!

Nice run in Shanahan Ridge with some awesome ladies. Some hill repeats near the beginning and then a nice shady jaunt along Mesa trail and down North fork. Got stung by a bee near the end so now my wrist is swollen. Achilles is feeling okay though, thankfully.
