2 miles warm up to the high school. 800 M. at 2:45 - 1 lap jog 1600 M. at 5:56 - 1 lap jog 3200 M. at 11:55 - 1 lap jog 1600 M. at 5:57 - 1 lap jog 800 M. at 2:49 2 miles cool down Drank 10 oz of water and 10 oz of gatorade as well as one honey stix throughout the workout. Felt pretty great. Not an easy workout, but I definitely feel good about doing it! Tomorrow I'll recover and Saturday is long.
