30 minutes in a very cold pool with friends. I guess you could call it exercise, if shivering is considered exercise. I followed it up with 15 minutes in the hot tub. ahhhhhhh....hot tub.
40 minutes on the elliptical just to move the ol' legs. Felt good. Cannonball cool down and some lunges afterwards.
