2X10 minutes of running, 90 minutes of elliptical. Went to PT today and was encouraged with how well my range of motion is finally coming back. I may try running 4-5 days this week to see if my hip can take it.

You have a lot of natural flexibility in your hips, and I know your ROM will continue to improve. I still remember when Coach Shane was evaluating our hip flexibility to see if we were candidates for the steeple chase. You aced that test, and I was so jealous of you. Great job on the 20 minutes of running!
