Therapeutic seven miles with music that put me in a good mood.  I love running just for the sake of running. Moving my body to feel my heart beat and muscles work.  My hip is feeling pretty good, still pretty tight and somewhat weak, but its come a long way.  I had a nice long stretch with some core work after the run. I don't know when I'll get the drive to start interval workouts or compete again but its not here yet.

I'll give you the drive. I'll put you in a meat suit and sick some wolves on you.

Saw it on a commercial.

ha ha ha ha ... you forgot the part where you have to drop her off in the middle of the desert Burt.

Your body will tell you when Nan ... but things are progressing so well, it always makes my day to check in with you and see you running.

7 miles is awesome! Just trying to plan for my upcoming FAI surgery... how long did it take before you could drive? You are my total inspiration right now :)

I'm glad you're enjoying yourself for now.

Thanks everyone.

Lulu-It totally depends on which hip you're having operated on since you mostly only need your right leg to drive. I had my left hip done and was driving a few days later. If it is your right leg I would think you'll need more like 2-3 weeks to get the strength back. When are you getting surgery?
