24 mile bike ride. Gorgeous morning!!!!! Getting my bum used to biking so I'm not saddle sore in France.

Whats in France? Fun vacation I hope. I would love to make it back there (that where I served my mission). Good deal on the recovery.

Vacationing with Aaron, his parents, two of his sisters and their husbands. No kids. Lots of biking, fruit, cheese, pastry eating, and sight seeing. Aaron's Dad served his mission there and always loves to visit so we're joining him this time.

That sounds like a blast! You and aaron deserve a getaway. I enjoyed the article in the DES news about you. You are an incredible runner and mother and I look up to you and the example you are setting.

Oh no! So sorry to hear that. I don't know if you've had achilles injuries before, but my tendonitis came up on me quick and I didn't rest and wamo...I was out for 3 months. :( Not worth it.
