Ankles and achilles took a bit to warm up and needed a good long stretch afterwards.  Ran south Boulder creek path where the cows graze.  Saw a momma cow licking her calf's face and an old lady dodging cows on her elliptigo.

Come visit! The cows do freak me out sometimes though. They stand right in the middle of the trail like we have NO business running there. Well, it is their home after all. I wouldn't love runners prancing through my home watching me lick my kids faces either.
