Spent an hour in the pool moving around (very slow pool running).  Felt good to move and get the blood pumping a bit.  And of course, hot tub afterwards.  Probably wont try actual running until next week.

Commencing "therapy week" here's whats on the menu: Dry needling and chiropractic adjustment today, massage with Erin tomorrow, ART with Richey on Thursday, another massage Friday.  Lots of foam roller and dynamic stretching in between.  Gotta get these legs get up and running again.  This gorgeous weather is calling me.

What's the injury diagnosis? Glad that you should be up and running so soon!

No real "prognosis" but my left hip and quad have a TON of adhesions and I can feel a big knotty lump in my left quadl that I am trying to beat into submission on the foam roller. Today I had a Dr. poking acupuncture needles deep into quad, TFL, pirformis, and hip flexor and twisting the needles in an effort to break up some of that mess. That was fun. I think its all rooted in muscle imbalance and misalignment in my lower spine and hip. Nothing a bunch of chiropractic and exercises cant fix. And time of course.

Well, if you ask me, it sounds very painful.

I'm glad to see you are taking good care of yourself. You'll be back in no time at all!

You're smart to take time off from running to work at getting yourself 100% again. Good luck!
