77 miles on the week? Who are you and what have you done with the real Nan?

What core/hip stuff does Colleen have you do? I'm looking at adding some in.

Nan, enjoyed reading about your little things!! Very good to stay in tune (which you do very well) with your body. Last August my health/fitness and ability to run well took a huge nose dive....a trip to the Dr's office and a blood test revealed EXTREMELY low ferritin level--5!!! I would guess with the way you are running and feeling and taking in the needed iron that your level is good!! I had 4 IV iron doses after that but it was too late for any fitness goal (PR at SGM last year). I am interested to see where your level is at considering your fitness. Good luck with every thing!!! Balancing acts are tough but you are so capable.

Nice 2nd place at the Gate River 15k. Finally out of 3rd place land!

I giggled at your dirty pants recycling. Laundry is hopeless at my house. Folding clothes...what a joke! Everybody just goes into the laundry room and plucks out clean clothes for the day. I just try to do a few loads every day and leave them in there. With work and big family and all that mess I have succumbed to putting the super-clean house pretty low on the priority list...anyone who cares and judges doesn't need to come over anyway!
