Biked to the gym, pool ran for 1:25, then biked home.

My hip flexor is still very weak and when I am laying on my back I can barely lift my left leg 4 inches from the ground. A month ago I couldn't lift it at all, so 4 inches is progress!  I bumped into Patti, my pilates reformer instructor at FAC yesterday and after talking to her I decided I will try a pilates reformer class or two next week to help strengthen my hips/core.

How's the recovery coming along?

Hi Dale, recovery is going well. I'm slowly adding a little more running each week so I can't complain.

That's great! Looks like you're easing back into nice and slowly, the right way.
