AM: 10 hilly miles on the Round Valley trails in PC.
PM: 4 miles in the neighborhood.
AM: 9.3 miles on the Pipeline Trail. Very empty this morning.
PM: 11 miles on the Flying Dog. Difficult run. I needed a hat and didn't have one with the low angle, late afternoon sun.
PM: Gully Long run
56 consecutive push-ups, 56 consecutive sit-ups.
Went back and looked at my blog entry from 10 years ago - 10/01/10 - and got misty eyed.
PM: 6.5 on the Pipester.
Bewildering day here in America.
AM: 8 miles at Liberty Park plus 6 good striders. Bumped into former Alta runner Morgan Jensen and the Utah women and ran a couple with them. I miss running with young people!
