Married, two kids - Abby and Andy
AM: Walked 4 miles, biked 24 miles around Lander. Did the first 10 and last 10 of the race course again.
Nothing today but a fair amount of walking.
I feel myself slowing down just a little bit. I'm more tired after a day of teaching than I used to be. To be expected I guess.
PM: 10 eliptical miles. Listened to Terry Gross's Fresh Air interview with Sam Phillips and Johnny Cash on the early years of rock. You all should too.
Lots of stuff going on.
PM: 22 miles on the bike around the neighborhood.
PM: 10 hard eliptical miles.
AM: Rode my bike to work - 15 miles.
AM: Up and down Grandeur Peak plus a mile on the Pipeline Trail. 150 push-ups.
PM: 21 miles on the bike. 16.3 mph.
That's what we used to call a "double".
