AM: Grandeur Peak run.
First day of Covid Era in-person school. Exhausting!
No running.
PM: 6 miles at 8 pm around Liberty Park. Still 91 degrees. It's been a struggle to find time this week.
So I'm taking an unintended day off. Too busy and too hot. It's 9 pm now and I'M DONE FOR THE DAY, so I could run but I'd rather just have a beer and do some reading.
PM: 4.5 miles around Liberty Park. 100 push-ups/sit-ups.
AM: 5.5 miles around the track at West Jordan High School before Andy's baseball game.
