AM: Easy 4 miles. That's all for the day.
AM: 7.75 miles at Liberty Park. Lots of push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks after while listening to the Liberty Park Drummer. You can see him on my twitter @murphy_rob
Noon; 2 easy miles. Trying to become less wimpy about the heat.
AM: Hard run this morning. 12.25 miles on the Flying Dog Trail above Park City.
Grandeur Peak. Andy joined me for the first time.
AM: Gully Longer Run plus 1 mile on the Alta track and 6 striders.
AM: 9.3 on the Pipeline Trail. Two high school teams were up there so I ran a bit faster trying to keep up.
Late AM; 2.5 miles with Andy. Stopped for pull-ups in the middle.
PM: A fartlek of sorts with 3/4 mile easy and 1/4mile at low 6 pace. Felt good.
Almost 62 miles, high mileage week for the year I think.
