I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Noon: 8.25 mile eliptical, 1 mile row.
AM: 6.5 miles up and don Grandeur Peak. Warm even at 6 am.
AM: Walked 5.25 miles. Listened to Andrew Huberman's podcast on growth vs. fixed mindset.
PM: 4.5 miles between treadmill and rower. Weights
AM: Walked 6.6 miles - 4 with Andy.
Noon: 2 lile treadmill jog, 1 mile swim.
PM: 4 mile walk.
AM: 9.3 miles on the Pipeline Trail. Took a fall and am a bit scratched up. No broken bones though which is good considering I rolled down the mountain a ways.
PM: 5 mile walk.
AM: 4.5 miles on the treadmill.
AM: 6.5 up and down Grandeur Peak.
